Anthony Morris was born in Oxford in 1938. Studied at Oxford
School of Art to NDD. Graduated to the Royal Academy Schools
1961 after three years in the painting faculty under Peter
Greenham CBE.RA.
A regular exhibitor at the Royal Academy Summer Exhibition
since 1960; he exhibits both landscapes and portraits in oils
and water-colour. Exhibited by invitation at the Royal Academy
Bicentennial Exhibition 1968.
Invited to membership of the Royal Society of Portrait Painters
1971. Most portraits are in Private collections; they include
Bodleian Library, Open University. The late Sir Sacheverell
Sitwell. David Bishop of Carlisle. Major General Ian Spracking...
One man show the Medici gallery, London and Vermont USA.
